3. Reservations and Rentals

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability, verification of your identity and driver’s license, and approval by Scudo Xpress.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Rates, deposits, fees, mileage limits, and insurance terms are shown during booking and in your rental agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and your rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.

You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including traffic and parking violations, tolls, fuel, cleaning, damage, and late returns, as described in your rental agreement.

Vehicles may be used only by authorized drivers and in accordance with applicable law and your rental agreement.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Changes

Payment is due as stated at booking and in your rental agreement.

Cancellation, modification, and refund terms are provided at the time of booking and in your rental agreement. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, and other disclosed fees.

5. SMS Text Messaging Program

Program Description

Scudo Xpress Corp operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers who opt in. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automated system.

Types of Messages

The program may be used for:

• Booking and reservation confirmations and changes.

• Pickup and return reminders and rental status updates.

• Payment, billing, and account notifications.

• Customer support and responses to your inquiries.

• Promotions, discounts, and service announcements, if you have opted in to marketing messages.

You may cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

If you opt out of marketing texts, we may still send necessary transactional messages about an active reservation if you have consented to those messages.
