SCUDO XPRESS Rental Agreement & Terms & Conditions

By booking a vehicle with SCUDO XPRESS, you agree to the rental terms including minimum driver age, valid license requirements, insurance obligations, deposit authorization, and responsibility for tolls, citations, damage, cleaning, and late return fees.

The refundable security deposit may be held for approximately 4-6 weeks after return and may be applied to authorized charges. Remaining rental balance and recurring payment reminders may be managed through our payment partner.
