Yes. Rental extensions may be available based on vehicle availability and account standing. All rental payments must be current in order to qualify for an extension. Additional rental days will be charged at the current daily rental rate. Extension requests must be submitted prior to the end of the current rental period.

No. Smoking or vaping inside any Scudo Xpress vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in cleaning fees and/or termination of the rental agreement.

Yes. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup unless otherwise stated.

Scudo Xpress coordinates routine maintenance and mechanical servicing to keep vehicles safe and reliable.

If maintenance or repairs are needed: • We may schedule service immediately • A temporary swap vehicle may be offered based on availability • Communication and payment status must remain current

Authorized service locations will be provided by management. Receipts and service documentation may be required for reimbursement approvals.

Pull over when safe. Check for injuries. Call 911. Report all accidents immediately. Failure to report incidents promptly may violate rental terms and impact coverage eligibility.

Renters are responsible for damages, deductibles, violations, or uncovered losses depending on the circumstances and agreement terms.

Rental agreements may be suspended or terminated for violations including, but not limited to: • Repeated late payments • Lack of communication regarding the rental • Unauthorized drivers operating the vehicle • Smoking inside the vehicle • Reckless or unsafe driving • Illegal activity involving the vehicle • Driving outside of the approved service or operating radius without authorization • Failure to follow vehicle maintenance or safety instructions • Misuse or neglect of the vehicle Scudo Xpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate rentals that violate company policies or rental agreement terms.
