REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

SCUDO XPRESS CAR SALES

At SCUDO XPRESS CAR SALES, our goal is to provide every client with reliable vehicles and a transparent buying experience. Because the purchase of a vehicle is a significant investment, we have created the following Refund and Dispute Policy to protect both our customers and our business.

  1. All Vehicle Sales Are Final
    • Once a vehicle purchase is completed, all sales are final.
    • Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstance after final payment and delivery of the vehicle.
  2. Inspection & Due Diligence
    • Customers are encouraged to conduct independent inspections on site, test drives, and reviews of the vehicle prior to purchase.
    • SCUDO XPRESS CAR SALES provides vehicles in “as-is” condition unless otherwise covered by an express written warranty or protection plan.
    • Failure to inspect a vehicle before purchase does not alter the final sale status.
  3. Deposits
    • All deposits made toward the purchase of a vehicle are non-refundable.
    • Deposits secure the vehicle for a specified time period. If the purchase is not completed within 24 hours, the vehicle may be released for sale and the deposit forfeited.
  4. Warranty & Service Contracts
    • If a vehicle includes a manufacturer warranty, extended service contract, or third-party protection plan, claims must be made directly through the warranty provider.
    • SCUDO XPRESS CAR SALES is not responsible for costs or disputes related to repairs, maintenance, or coverage under third-party programs.
  5. Disputes & Chargebacks
    • By purchasing a vehicle, you agree not to initiate a credit card or bank chargeback for services or vehicles received.
    • In the event of a dispute, customers must first contact SCUDO XPRESS CAR SALES at info@scudoxpress.com to attempt resolution in good faith.
    • Any disputes unresolved through direct communication will be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
  6. Payment Terms
    • Full payment is required prior to the release of any vehicle.
    • If financing is arranged through a third-party lender, all disputes regarding financing terms must be directed to the lender.
  7. Client Responsibility
    • The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring proper registration, insurance coverage, and compliance with state driving laws after the purchase.
    • SCUDO XPRESS CAR SALES is not liable for costs associated with licensing, taxes, or post-sale vehicle expenses unless explicitly stated in the purchase agreement.
